**Votre rôle chez Sephora**:
Il incombe au Chef d'équipe, service client de soutenir tous les mondes de l’aire de vente d’un magasin Sephora donné. Les mondes de Sephora comprennent notamment la couleur, les soins pour la peau, les parfums et Sephora Collection, ou encore une combinaison de ces mondes. De plus, le responsable veille à ce que tous les membres de son équipe exécutent le modèle de vente de Sephora et offrent un service client exceptionnel afin que le magasin atteigne et dépasse les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Détenir une expérience de vente. S’assurer que tous les conseillers beauté exécutent correctement le modèle de vente de Sephora,. Connaître le chiffre d’affaires du magasin et les occasions, et s’assurer que les membres de l’équipe des mondes appropriés respectent les objectifs.
- Veiller au marchandisage visuel. Soutenir l’équipe exploitation en veillant à ce que tous les concepts de marchandisage et les éléments visuels de l’aire de vente soient conformes aux normes de l’entreprise. Garder l’aspect et la convivialité de l’aire de vente au plus haut niveau. Exécuter les animations et les mises à jour, au besoin.
- Être passionné par les clients. Agir régulièrement à titre de responsable en service dans le magasin. Collaborer dans la mesure du possible avec les membres de l’équipe et les clients en scène.
- Avoir un esprit d’entreprise. Faire preuve d’une solide compréhension du chiffre d’affaires et des occasions commerciales du magasin. Assurer la répartition adéquate des zones en scène pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Au besoin, ajuster les niveaux de dotation pour combler les attentes des clients.
- Assurer l’engagement des membres de l’équipe. Démontrer les valeurs Sephora, soit la passion envers la clientèle, l’innovation, l’expertise, l’équilibre travail-vie personnelle, le respect envers tous, le travail d’équipe et l’esprit d’initiative.

- Vous possédez un à trois ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans un magasin ayant un volume de vente équivalent ou de l’expérience interne équivalente.
- Vous avez une capacité éprouvée à influencer vos pairs et à donner de la rétraction. - Vous pouvez faire preuve de solides compétences en service client.
- Vous avez fait preuve d’une gestion efficace du temps et de compétences en résolution de problèmes.
