**Description**:
The Team Lead Removables will provide leadership and oversee efforts of the removables/denture production and case management, coordinating workloads, providing support to ensure on-time delivery, monitoring issues, and ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Work to ensure resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
- Manage, direct, and coach all direct reports in departments.
- Meet and participate with other supervisors/leadership time to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the department.
- Hands-on production work alongside the department's dental technicians.
- Analyze, manage, and control hours worked by all employees in said departments.
- Help, maintain company policies as it relates to departments.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain equipment and make recommendations to improve technology.
- Must be able to analyze the finished product and ensure company quality standards are always met.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in dental technology, CAD design experience a plus.
- Experience leading/managing teams.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) to develop relationships with various stakeholders (Team Members, Doctors, Executive Leadership Team, etc.)**Chef d'équipe - Amovibles**

**Description**:
Le chef d'équipe des amovibles assurera le leadership et supervisera les efforts de production des amovibles / prothèses dentaires et de la gestion des cas, en coordonnant les charges de travail, en fournissant un soutien pour assurer la livraison à temps, surveiller les problèmes et garantir les objectifs de production, les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les normes de qualité sont remplies.

**Responsabilités générales**:

- Travailler pour s'assurer que les ressources sont appliquées de manière efficiente et efficace pour répondre aux exigences de livraison tout en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Gérer, diriger et encadrer tous les subalternes directs dans les départements.
- Rencontrer et participer avec d'autres superviseurs/dirigeants pour faire des recommandations et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'amélioration.
- Identifier et atténuer les goulots d'étranglement dans le département.
- Travail de production pratique aux côtés des techniciens dentaires du département.
- Analyser, gérer et contrôler les heures travaillées par tous les employés desdits départements.
- Aider, maintenir et les politiques de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les départements.
- Gérer, surveiller et entretenir l'équipement et faire des recommandations pour améliorer la technologie.
- Doit être en mesure d'analyser le produit fini et de s'assurer que les normes de qualité de l'entreprise sont toujours respectées.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification en tant que technicien dentaire agréé ou formation et expérience équivalentes.
- 5 ans et plus d'expérience en technologie dentaire, expérience en conception CAO un atout.
- Expérience de la direction/gestion d'équipes.
- Doit posséder de solides compétences interpersonnelles (orales et écrites) pour développer des relations avec divers intervenants (membres de l'équipe, médecins et équipe de direction, etc.
