Are you a passionate basketball enthusiast looking for a rewarding opportunity to promote the sport you love and be a crucial part of our U12 and U14 basketball team's success? Look no further BMsports is excited to offer a unique part-time job opportunity for a dedicated individual to help us promote our U12 and U14 Rep Team Tryout sessions to local schools and attract talented students to join our tryout sessions.

**Responsibilities**:
As our **Paid Promoter**, your main responsibilities will include:
**Networking and Outreach**:Utilize your existing connections within local schools and the basketball community to reach out to potential U12 and U14 players and encourage them to attend our tryout sessions.

**Promotion**: Actively promote our U12 and U14 Rep Team Tryout sessions through various channels, such as school bulletins, announcements, social media, flyers, and word-of-mouth, to attract as many interested students as possible.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with the club's coaching staff to organize and coordinate the tryout sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for all participants.

**Student Engagement**: Engage with interested students, answer their questions about the tryout process, and provide them with all the necessary information to join our club's tryout sessions.

**Encouragement**: Motivate and inspire potential players to give their best during the tryouts and showcase their basketball skills and passion for the sport.

**Requirements**:To be considered for this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following:

- Enthusiasm for basketball and a strong understanding of the sport.
- Existing connections within local schools and the basketball community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to promoting tryout sessions.
- Availability to attend local school events and basketball gatherings to maximize outreach.

**Compensation**:

- The selected Promoter will be remunerated with an hourly rate for their dedicated efforts in effectively promoting our U12 and U14 Rep Team Tryout sessions.
- The Promoter will be eligible for a bonus upon successfully inviting prospective players to participate in the tryout sessions.
- A significant bonus will be awarded for each player who demonstrates success by becoming a signed member of our club's rep team.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus

Work Location: In person
