Retread Technician

We are looking for team members who are motivated and seek to join a collaborative team dedicated to a safe and productive work environment. Do you excel in a physical environment that includes lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift? Do you have experience with/or are you interested in learning to use a forklift, tire lift, and various had tools?

**Multiple Shift Options**
- 7:30am-3:30pm
- 8:00am-4:30pm
- 9:00am-5:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Using hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair.
- Train to follow established retreading procedure.
- Use Forklift and Tire lift to move large Commercial tires.
- Methodical and patient approach with strong attention to detail.
- Safety mindset and follow all safety procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required.
- Required ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high preforming team environment.
- Drivers License preferred.
