As a Tire Retread and Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a team dedicated to extending the life of tires through the retreading process, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of tire disposal.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Tire Preparation**: Use hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- ** Independent Work**: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- ** Safety Focus**: Maintain a safety mindset and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- ** Mechanical Aptitude**: Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
- ** Safety Conscious**: Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- ** Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with basic computer operations for tracking and recording work progress.
