The Support Servies Analyst will provide support to Support Analysts - Lending and Operations, and our Retail Staff ensuring all activities are in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Support Services Analyst will provide expertise in the implementation and maintenance of programs, products and procedures as they relate to the department.

**What will you do?**
- Mail pickup and distribution
- Support retail staff in delivery of services to members
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to Credit Union staff requesting file information to enhance the quality of service provided to members
- Actively participate in department/work unit and Credit Union meetings
- Document Imaging of files and information takes place promptly and accurately, so that decisions related to account/files are based on accurate information and problems can be assessed and acted upon immediately
- Ensure images are legible and easily accessible for all staff
- Supply orders are completed and disbursed in a timely and economical manner
- Work is completed within established quality member service guidelines and assignments completed within assigned time frames
- Emphasis placed on effective processes to ensure accurate and efficient completion of document retention
- Imaging/filing and distribution of records are processed in accordance with policy and security procedures
- Tasks are completed accurately, and advice centre/auditor inquiries are responded to promptly without delay
- Organization, control, and destruction of Credit Union records as set out by the policies and procedures as stated by the Credit Union
- Assess risk when making decisions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

**Some things that would impress us**:

- Grade 12 diploma
- Experience with Microsoft O365
- Some experience with electronic file management systems
- Strong computer skills/knowledge
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to members and coworkers
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and personal development
