**The Opportunity**

**Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio **cuisine manifesto is hinged on sustainable seafood, while sourcing local and international ingredients, and draws inspiration from its Pacific Northwest surroundings. Understanding the city's dining evolution has inspired Ancora to create a menu that accommodates all of its diners' culinary desires, combining flavours and techniques which embrace several diverse cultures in a modern, yet approachable setting.

**What You’ll Do**
- Seat guests and manage seating charts.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Greet guests, provide accurate wait times and escort customers to dining and bar areas.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Continuously strive for superior guest satisfaction.

**What You Have**
- 1+ years of previous work experience in a similar setting.
- 2+ years of previous work experience in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and ideas.
- Strong organizational and people skills to ensure a positive and consistent dining experience.
- Availability to work **weekends, and holidays. (Saturday & Sunday shifts)**
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
