- Primary Objective of Freelance Skincare Sales Representative:_
- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving daily sales goals through side-by-side selling with in-store teams, increasing brand education and awareness, ensuring in-store visuals/merchandising standards are met, and supporting quarterly events._
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide exceptional customer service_
- Demonstrate and sell skincare products_
- Achieve daily sales goals_
- Ensure merchandising standards are followed and products are adequately stocked_
- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations_
- Requirements:_
- Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience in the Beauty Industry_
- Experience working in a retail sales environment_
- Knowledgeable of skincare ingredients and building routines for customers_
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals_
- Availability to work weekends_
- This is a Contract Freelance position._

**Salary**: From $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Friday - Sunday
- Occasional Weekdays

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Barrie (required)
- Newmarket (required)
