Reporting into the Site Manager, the **Scale Clerk** provides an integral part of the processes by maintaining detailed records, interacting with customers and ensuring the accurate weight of material.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Greeting customers and having good customer service skills
- Recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Logging information accurately into a centralized database
- Calculating costs for drivers based on vehicle weight
- Maintaining a safe, organized working environment.

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- Previous experience an asset
- Experience with MS Office
- Organized, responsible, independent and resourceful
- Ability to work in a team.

**HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- Must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and follow in accordance with AIM’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or ‘near miss’ incidents to management
