about this team

a day in the life
- In collaboration with the Real Estate Mgr, the Specialist will support the area growth strategies and initiatives
- Execute leases for renewals, minor capital projects and lease actions; working directly with landlords to negotiate terms and conditions of leases
- Source, negotiate and execute temp leases as required by major capital projects.
- Interface with attorneys to review, negotiate and finalize lease docs
- Support capital projects by producing real estate presentations/ tour packages and lease document packages
- Collaborate with lease administration on amendment reviews and other real estate activities whilst managing lease databases, reports and key lease dates
- Execute initiatives and special real estate projects and reports as required

qualifications
- 5+ yrs related real estate leasing experience
- Strong problem solving skills and organizational skills
- Articulate and concise communication skills
- verbal and written
- Effective negotiation skills
- Confidence in dealing with people (internal and external) and resolving issues diplomatically
- Resourceful and high level of initiative
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
- Desire to excel and succeed
