**Job Title**: Coordinator, Education (LTCs)

**Reports to**: Manager, Licensed Training Centers

**Date**: 2023

**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Manager, of Licensed Training Centers at the Yonge and Eglinton location this role involves supporting the day to day needs of the Global LTC partners and acting as the primary liaison with Merrithew®. In addition, this role will be the first point of contact for LTC partners, and assist with related data entry to the education management system.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Act as the day-to-day liaison between Merrithew® and the assigned LTC partners and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to help service needs of partners.
- Prepare LTC performance reviews/reports and lead conversations with Manager.
- Problems solve and or escalate LTC partner issues/ concerns to Manager.
- Create and maintain all LTC data in EMS and Filemaker.
- Create plan and conduct LTC renewal reports/ meetings.
- Work closely with team members and the Manager to assist with the LTC newsletters and communications plan.
- Create, issue and maintain annual LTC teaching guide invoices, LTC Update on IT, Locations contact details.
- Update and maintaining the LTC Agreements. (Creating amendment letters, updating teaching guides and performance requirements etc.)
- Assist in streamlining processes within the LTC team (creating documents with processes)
- Conduct quarterly Website & Social Media reviews of designated LTCs.
- Assist with reviewing, summarizing and sharing student feedback from training evaluations and annual LTC student surveys.
- Community of Excellence Conference duties.
- Assist with planning, preparations, and content development
- Other projects as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years customer service experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro or other database system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of fitness industry/ educational programs a plus
