We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Detailing Technician to join our team and become a household name in what is an already strong reputable company.

As a Detailing Technician at Fig's Mobile Detailing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are maintained and presented at their very best. This ranges from Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Scheduled vehicles. One-Time Services are offered based on availability outside of our frequently scheduled clientele. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is vital in creating a lasting impression. Remember you only get one first impression. An **Employee Agreement is required to be signed** and dated before you begin training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to the highest standards.
- Clean, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors. _**(Experience Required)**_
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean vehicle interiors.
- Clean and detail engine compartments. _**(If Necessary or requested by client)**_
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, reporting any concerns to management. _**(Pre-Detailing Inspection is Mandatory)**_
- Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure precise and thorough detailing.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in customer interactions, providing information about services and answering questions. _**(Must study all services, prices and offer accurate information)**_
- Obtain Insurance and WorkSafeBC. (Will assist upon completion of training)

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have a vehicle in strong working condition with a valid driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
- Well groomed and good aesthetic appearance for high-end clientele.
- Must have a smartphone for Scheduling apps and GPS Navigation.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn & work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and great customer service skills, able to build a report with client base.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Willing to provide own tools for work. (Build your tools while on the job)
- Obtain Insurance (Will assist upon completion of training)

Pay: $100.00-$5,067.27 per month

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
