We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Detailing Technician to join our team and become a household name in what is an already strong reputable company.

As a Detailing Technician at Fig’s Mobile Detailing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are maintained and presented at their very best. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is vital in creating a lasting impression. Remember you only get one first impression. An Employee Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement is required to be signed and dated before you begin training and work with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Clean, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors. (Experience Detailer Only)
- Vacuum (always) shampoo, and steam clean vehicle interiors (if required)
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues, reporting any concerns to management. (Pre-Detailing Inspection is Mandatory)
- Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure precise and thorough detailing.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in customer interactions, providing information about services and answering questions. (Must study all services, prices and offer accurate information)
- Obtain Insurance and WorkSafeBC if coming on as a Contractor. (Will assist upon completion of training)

**Requirements**:

- **STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL.**:

- Must have a vehicle in strong working condition with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract. (Will discuss gas compensation)
- Well groomed and good aesthetic appearance.
- **Must have** a smartphone for Scheduling apps and GPS Navigation.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn & work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong **COMMUNICATION** skills, work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and great customer service skills, able to build a report with our current and future clients.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
- **REQUIREMENT**: Before and after photos from each appointment.

**How to Apply**:

**Pay**: $25.00/hr on-site per vehicle or Piece Work (based on experience)

**Expected hours**: No less than 16-40 hours per week

**Language Requirement**:

- French not required
- English Required

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**License/Certification**:Driving License (required) & ICBC Driver’s Abstract (British Columbia Driver License Required)

**Work Location**: Requirement of a Vehicle, On the road or at Commercial Site Location
