**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare receiving dock and receive deliveries from couriers, safely and accurately; ensuring all boxes are accounted for, verifying contents against internal paperwork;
- Ship orders via our selected couriers, update courier shipping information and tracking and verify orders against packing lists before shipping;
- Provide accurate shipping quotes as requested;
- Providing timely and informative shipping and receiving status updates to appropriate team members;
- Pick, pack and prepare ecommerce orders for shipment;
- Provide ad hoc support to Kitting & Fulfillment projects, as well as perform basic maintenance and light sanitation duties;
- Manage incoming stock for ecommerce fulfillment, including inventory counts;
- Complete miscellaneous maintenance duties and maintain a clean and organized warehouse;
- Utilize key resources to resolve challenges.
