At Sony Media Cloud Services we are making it easy for media professionals to organize, enrich, collaborate on, and distribute media files with teams and partners across the world. **The day-to-day**
- Work directly with the company leaders to co-develop strategy, and translate that strategy into a product roadmap that will deliver industry-leading results
- Work with the team to deliver products with a squad of world-class PMs, engineers and designers while maintaining the right balance between quick iterative wins, longer-term structural improvements, and paying down technical debt
- Scale and mature PM processes as it relates to product strategy, customer metrics, usability testing, delivering product requirements, and backlog curation
- Create a data-centric product culture that understands how to test, and translate test results/insights into product and business decisions
- Help to grow the talented product team by identifying gaps within teams and actively working with the recruitment teams to bring in the right talent
- Coach product team members through 1:1s, define employee growth trajectories and conduct performance reviews
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to best equip those teams for new product releases
- Actively research the industry landscape and our competition to have a deep understanding of the markets in which we operate
- Nurture the relationship with key/strategic customers and partners to ensure that we support them to the best of our abilities

**What You Bring To The Role**
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the SAAS space
- Experienced in managing other PMs and building a product team
- Shipped creative and highly successful self-serve products in B2B or consumer tech; involved in end-to-end product process from conceptualizing, building, shipping and scaling products on the web, desktop, or mobile clients.
- Have a deep love for building quality software that customers enjoy using, and a deep understanding of design thinking and performance analytics
- Passionate about metrics and data, collaborative tools and workflow products, storage and security, and creator space
- Experience setting up a product stack that equips the product team to perform at the highest level

- Working hours? We operate within both Pacific and Eastern Standard time zones. However, we try our best to club the team that is closest to your time zone to allow you to work at typical hours.
