As a **Managing Consultant** in the Banking Industry, you bring a combination of deep industry expertise and technical knowledge to deliver transformational programs in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments and/or Capital Markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide thought leadership and advice on critical business, regulatory, operational, and technology challenges in Banking
- Leverage modern DevSecOps technology to deliver transformational programs
- Overall responsibility for a portfolio of services to Banking client(s)
- Responsible for sales, delivery, operations, and management of your team
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of consulting and IT enthusiasts
- Establish multi-level governance to maintain business alignment, and mitigate risk
- Deliver predictably and reliably using Agile principles and values
- A creative and positive problem solver
- Leverage Global Delivery to accelerate programs and leverage economies of scale
- Establish positive and productive relationships with 3rd parties

**Overall Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of experience in the Banking industry
- Deep knowledge in modern software development, and proven DevSecOps tools
- Expertise in the domains of Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Deep knowledge of Integration (API's), User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Data & Analytics
- Positive working relationships at the Director, AVP, VP and SVP levels
- Subject matter expert in Project and Program Management, in Agile, Hybrid-Agile, and Waterfall models
- Experience in managing large teams (20-100)
- Experience with the start-up and operation of Global Delivery teams
- Knowledgeable in the creation and management of Service Agreements
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
