**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Controls Lead to join our team, for a project in the automotive industry. As the Electrical and Controls Lead, you will be responsible for managing all electrical and controls issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all electrical and controls aspects of assembly activities, equipment, tooling, and facilities
- Conduct electrical utility studies as required
- Report to the Project Manager and have dual reporting relationships with the ME-Conveyor and ME-Equipment/Facility/Utility leads

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of Automotive Assembly Project Experience
- Familiarity with Siemens Profinet distributed I/O and power distribution systems
- Strong knowledge and experience with Rockwell PLC systems and other relevant electrical controls
- Proficiency in electrical utility studies
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
