Based in our Sherwood Park location, the Project Manager for Business Process Solutions plays a pivotal role in achieving our strategic goals by managing and leading key projects and ensuring their successful execution. The primary responsibilities will be to manage multiple large projects from end-to-end, ensure alignment with scope, timeline, budget and organizational objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, an ability to drive change and champion new concepts, and requires excellent and proven communication skills. This role also requires the ability to quickly learn and gain a deep understanding of our business and its processes which should be complimented by a proven track record of successful project implementations.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure phases.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; publish progress reports; and recommend actions or changes as required.
- Monitor and manage issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution to minimize project disruptions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in all phases of projects.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, objectives, and expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Proactively identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans and communicating them to key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Director of Business Process Solutions and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and by utilizing best in class technology solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement of future projects.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in project management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in business process solutions or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects from vision setting through implementation.
- PMP certification is a requirement.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products (specifically Jira, Confluence and Trello), is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and efficiency improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication, french an asset.
- Experience in the automotive, financial, or insurance sector is considered an asset.
