Rentals Supervisor

POSITION: rentals SUPERVISOR-
**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Strong guest service skills
- Approachable, dependable, and responsible team player
- Knowledge in alpine equipment maintenance and previous ski industry experience will be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:
As Supervisor, you will ensure daily operation of the Rossignol Experience Centre. Including but not limited to making sure group presets are completed, coordinating maintenance on equipment, and conducting monthly inspections. You would also need to ensure staff provide the best possible service to our guests as well as adjusting staff volumes to meet our needs and stay with our budget wage costs.

**Duties include**:

- Train and supervise staff, monitoring performance and ensuring productivity.
- Assist guests with day use lockers as well as regular maintenance of the mechanical parts.
- Create and adjust team schedules to meet anticipated daily business volumes and targeted labour costs.
- Validate and approve staff timecards daily.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of all rental equipment.
- Maintain inventory and flag items to restock.
- Maintain accurate rental logs.
- Ensure inventory is organized and assist in conducting daily, monthly, and annual inventories.
- Ensure that all rental forms are completed and stored properly.
- Organize and coordinate pre-season and in-season ski binding inspections.
- Organize and coordinate all accident investigations.
- Assist in coordinating any warranty concerns and their expeditious resolution.
- Liaise with Snow School and sales staff for guest service problems that might arise.
- Ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and equipment stored properly.
- Ensure all team members provide superior guest service.
- Ensure team follows all resort policies and procedures.
- Complete any other duties, and assist other departments as assigned.
