| About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Audit, the Manager of Cyber Resiliency, Internal Audit is responsible for leading and developing the Cyber Resiliency portfolio within Payments Canada’s Internal Audit function. They will leverage their knowledge of Payments Canada and the cyber security industry to stay apprised of organizational activities and changes to help ensure timely internal audit planning and execution while leading the development of the Internal Audit Cyber Resiliency portfolio. This is a key leadership role within the Internal Audit team and will play a foundational role in the continued evolution and creation of a best in class in-house audit function.

| What You’ll Do

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Leading the development of the Cyber Resiliency audit strategy, evolution of the audit approach, and associated training and change management to drive enhanced value;
- Contributing to the development of the 3-year risk-based internal audit plan, overseeing the plan execution, reporting the progress against plan and other key elements to senior management and the Audit & Finance Committee;
- Partnering with audit stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of audit findings;
- Maintaining and effectively managing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders including senior management, third party vendors, Audit & Finance Committee, and audit service providers;
- Produce high quality audit reports for senior management and the Audit & Finance Committee;
- Hire and manage a team of auditors to support the Cyber Resiliency audit portfolio.

| Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field;
- CPA or other relevant designation (e.g. CIA, CISA);
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an internal or external audit role demonstrating work experience with cyber security processes and controls or equivalent experience in a first or second-line role;
- Knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards and Security frameworks (ex. SWIFT CSP, ISO27001, NIST);
- Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

| Salary Range

**Based on qualifications and experience**: $110,161 and $137,701
