**POSITION TITLE**:

- Construction Survey Foreman

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Survey/Layout of all entities structurally & architecturally for design scope of project. Quality assurance checks on a regular basis. Ensure productivity and schedules are met. Daily coordination with layout crew. Regularly checking plans to ensure accuracy. Tracking RFI’s and SI’s throughout the job.
Coordinating with the formwork superintendent for required tasks. Ensure Safety policies and practices are always met and followed. Assist with site management regarding schedules, quality control and production rates.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-5 Years’ experience in the concrete construction industry.
- Survey knowledge and experience is an asset
- Diploma or Degree in any engineering field is an asset
- Have 1-2 years in a supervisory role in concrete construction

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Active and fit for work
- Fast paced environment with ability to multitask is an asset.

**Hourly Rate**:

- Based on experience.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
