Food Packer

Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language

Experience counting up to 250 while processing products

Familiarity with quality product standards and baseline knowledge of product scrap/defect issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain work center production quotas

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stack cartons appropriately on skids

Knowledge of proper packing methods, including folding, taping, and sealing cartons

Responsibilities for this role include filling cartons and display cartons appropriately, packaging products in boxes with corresponding labels, and properly packing bags. Other essential job duties include preparing cardboard cartons for product packing, moving materials by hand truck or two-wheeled dolly, and maintaining work area in a clean and safe condition.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
