**A day in the life of a SR&ED Specialist**:

- Identify and evaluate eligible SR&ED activities for the firm's clients
- Plan and prepare technical reports and documentation for clients to be able to claim SR&ED and other tax incentives
- Represent clients with government authorities
- Be involved in the Startup and technology ecosystem
- Be a trusted advisor and technical specialist both externally to clients as well as internally to accounting colleagues and Partners
- Interact and assist accounting, finance, and legal professionals across a multitude of mandates and industries

**About you**:

- Completed university degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience with the SR&ED program, with a strong grasp of IT and software claims, plus a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent industry experience
- Bilingual in both official languages
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A passion for R&D, innovation, and technology
