**About the Role**:
As a Project Manager for Viral Nation's Business Development Strategy team, you will work closely with a 9 person BD Strategy team and be responsible for supporting the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for some of the world's biggest brands. You will collaborate with multiple departments and teams to ensure all RFP requirements are met with the utmost attention to detail.

**What you'll do here**:

- Assist the 9 person BD Strategy team in the development of RFP responses, including organizing information from various departments and teams, ensuring all requirements are addressed, and providing high-quality content that meets client needs.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate and collect assets required for RFPs, including data, case studies, creative assets, and other materials.
- Track progress of RFP responses, monitor timelines, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations, including content development, formatting, and overall quality control.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify RFP requirements, answer questions, and ensure alignment on all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are set, and timelines are met.
- Continuously improve RFP response processes and best practices.

**What you need to have**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Extremely high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of RFP response processes and best practices is a plus.
