**Investor Services Associate**

**Job Summary**:
The Investor Services Associate role reports to the Senior Fund Accountant/Fund Controller in the Organization and will be responsible, together with a team of Investor Services Associates, for the daily client servicing, recording and review of complex capital transactions while meeting the very tight reporting deadlines and demanding obligations of Harmonic clients. Responsibilities include review of capital transaction documentation, KYC and AML documentation.

**Essential Functions**:

- **Registrar and Transfer Agency functions**
- Work on all aspects of investor services for a large number of hedge fund, fund of fund and private equity fund accounts with a high volume of transactions and inquiries
- Respond to requests and inquiries from portfolio managers and investors
- Perform Anti-Money laundering (AML) checks whilst displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the established practices, processes and procedures
- Capital Transaction processing - review, verification, acceptance and processing of capital transactions for a group of high profile and key clients
- Recording and review of compliance documentation for regulatory, anti-money laundering and know-your-customer standards
- Compliance with documentation standards as they relate to investor qualification criteria under U.S. and other jurisdictional requirements (FATCA, OFAC, AIFMD etc) and client constitutive documents
- Maintenance of member registers including responsibility for data integrity
- Assisting investors with queries and providing guidance on documentation compliance procedures
- Assisting with investor reporting, including statement, confirmation, marketing materials, performance distributions etc.
- **Additional Responsibilities**
- Reporting to investment managers and fund sponsors (current and expected capital flows, investor breakdowns, ERISA levels, Blue Sky)
- Managing data migration aspects for on-boarding of new clients
- Assisting with banking and administration support, including cash monitoring, wire processing, etc.
- Assisting with co-ordination of investor communications, e.g., financial statements
- Training and implementation of Investor Services role and functions
- Ensure Share Point system fax queue reconciled
- **Additional Job Functions**

**Job Qualifications**:

- At a minimum this position requires a college or university degree
- 2 or 3 years relevant experience in financial services industry
- Knowledge of investment products and securities types preferred
- Experience with registration and transfer agent systems
- Adhere to policies, standards and procedures established by the Organization and regulatory bodies
- Ability to work independently and in a team to ensure problems are identified and resolved efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to handle difficult client situations
- Ability to handle high volume of work while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Demonstrate sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
