We are looking for an experienced front-end person who is able to work unsupervised as well as be a team player. We are a fast-paced, busy, high end retail floral shop and require a knowledgeable admin with excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Maintain a database of our orders, make sure they are sent out in timely manner.
- Co-ordinating deliveries.
- Receiving and processing flowers, hard goods.
- Helping our customers with floral choices and combinations.
- Help set up the front display.
- Maintain a clean store, help with cleaning duties at the end of the day.
- Wrapping and packing floral arrangements, sending out deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service Experience
- 55 WPM minimum
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-Tasking, able to work under pressure
- Handle multiple phone lines
- Quickbooks Proficiency.
- Experience in the floral industry will be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
