**Position**: Victim Services Caseworker

**Location**: Parksville, Vancouver Island, BC

**Hours**: 30 hours/week - Permanent

**Salary**: Grid 11 $26.74 - $30.69

We are looking for a **Victim Services Caseworker** to join our Sources **Oceanside **teamThis position works directly with the RCMP, providing support services, practical assistance, information, and referrals to clients who have been victims of crime. The individual must have strong interpersonal skills, be experienced in crisis intervention and trauma informed practice and be available for on call crisis support.

**Qualifications / Training / Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Social Services area. (e.g., Social Work, Criminal Justice)
- Two (2) years recent related experience.
- Must have current First Aid certification.
- Ability to obtain an RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance.

**THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS AND REQUIRES UNION MEMBERSHIP**

**Start Date**: As soon as RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance is obtained.
