Objectifs principaux:
- Effectuer des appels téléphoniques sortants pour le compte du client auprès des principaux professionnels en soins de santé, communiquer des messages de vente clés et assurer un soutien continu afin d’augmenter les ventes.-
- Saisir les informations importantes discutées au cours des appels dans le système de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM).-
- Établir des relations solides avec les prestataires de soins de santé et tirer parti des compétences en matière de vente consultative, de technologies et d’aides visuelles pour influencer et atteindre les objectifs.-
- Assurer le maintien des activités existantes et promouvoir des services supplémentaires en fournissant des renseignements à l’équipe et en apportant des solutions aux besoins des clients.-
- Être autonome, très analytique et en mesure d’évaluer les occasions d’affaires afin de gérer correctement son territoire et de répondre aux attentes en matière d’appels.-
- Assister à des réunions, conférences et autres engagements divers avec les clients, au besoin.-
- Réaliser des présentations virtuelles à distance avec des cliniques dentaires.Spécifications du titulaire du poste:
- Parfaitement bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit)-
- Baccalauréat requis-
- Expérience en vente un atout (minimum 1 à 2 ans)-
- Expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de santé un atout.-
- Capacité à collaborer avec les unités opérationnelles internes et externes.-
- Expérience confirmée dans la réalisation d’objectifs de vente et capacité à analyser les tendances des ventes.-
- Capacité à établir des priorités et à planifier la couverture d’un territoire-
- Sens des affaires et esprit d’entreprise.-
- Énergique et motivé.-
- Expérience avérée dans la conduite de résultats dans un environnement d’entreprise à forte croissance.-
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.-
- Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation et de relations interpersonnelles.-
- Excellentes habiletés en matière de service à la clientèle et de négociation.-
- Être à l’aise pour travailler à domicile.-
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à diriger une équipe.-
- Connaissance de la technologie et du numérique, maîtrise de Microsoft Office.- Key Objectives:

- Self-sufficient and highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities to proper manage their territory and meet call expectations-
- Attend client meetings, conferences and other various commitments when needed-

Fluently Bilingual French and English (oral and written)-
- Bachelor’s degree required-
- Experience in sales an asset (minimum 1- 2 years)-
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry an asset-
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units-
- Proven sales track record of goal achievement and ability to analyze sale trends-
- Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage-
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills-
- Energetic and self-motivated-
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills-
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills-
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills-
- Home office set up, comfortable working from home-
- Able to work autonomously and a team leader-
- Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
