Krackers is a social enterprise that was created to achieve both social and economic impacts. Krackers is staffed by a team of individuals who have experienced barriers to employment, including those who have mental illness, disability and other challenges. Since 1999, Krackers has grown into a successful social enterprise where over 150 people have gained invaluable training and work experience enabling them to transition to other employment opportunities within the community.

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused driver to join our team at Krackers (Catering). This position plays a key role in ensuring that our catering services are delivered efficiently and professionally to our valued customers. This position will report to the Kitchen Supervisor and Operational Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities - Assist with the setup of catering orders at customer event locations, ensuring everything is presented according to the client's specifications. - Work closely with kitchen staff to prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of each order. - Safely transport and deliver catering orders to various customer locations in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic and safety laws. - Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any immediate questions or concerns. - Fill in and assist kitchen staff when needed, ensuring smooth operations and timely food preparation. - Ensure all necessary catering materials and supplies are loaded and unloaded accurately. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and catering equipment. - Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and contribute to the overall success of catering events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Class ‘G’ driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Experience driving in various weather conditions preferred.
- Experience working within a kitchen environment, catering or food industry considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility to support kitchen operations when required.
- Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20 per hour
