- En tant que Partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos gestionnaires et leaders de divers groupes d’expertise technologiques. Vous aiderez à propulser notre organisation en offrant des conseils, du coaching en RH et solutions innovantes adaptés aux besoins des équipes. Vous serez un.e acteur.trice crucial.e dans la gestion de nos talents en matière d'attraction, de rétention et de développement. Vous participerez aussi activement à la veille des tendances en matière de gestion des ressources humaines et participerez à des projets d’envergure globale.**Responsabilités du rôle**
- Accompagner et fournir des conseils en RH adaptés aux équipes technologiques, en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques du secteur tech.
- Participer au déploiement de programmes corporatifs liés au plan stratégique des RH, tout en intégrant les spécificités du secteur technologique.
- Accompagner l’organisation dans sa transformation digitale en recommandant des stratégies de gestion de changement adaptées au groupe client.
- Conseiller et coacher les gestionnaires technologiques dans leur gestion quotidienne et dans la définition de leurs besoins organisationnels.
- Participer à la revue et au suivi des plans de succession et de la relève des talents.
- Contribuer à des projets liés aux objectifs organisationnels, notamment dans le secteur de la technologie.

- Aptitudes pour l’analyse, la résolution créative de problèmes et la prise de décisions orientées sur les enjeux technologiques.
- Habileté à analyser des situations complexes.
- Connaissances des lois du travail au Québec; connaissances des lois de travail internationales, un atout.
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines.

- Expérience pertinente: 5 ans et plus en tant que généraliste en RH, de préférence avec des équipes technologiques.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais.
- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine pertinent.
