**Role Summary**:
As a member of the paint maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintenance of all equipment related to the paint department. This will include daily weekly and other preventative maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure optimal operation of all paint department related equipment.
- Understand and help work towards the department meeting all operational KPIs.
- Address equipment breakdowns in a timely and logical manner.
- Ability to plan, troubleshoot, repair all paint department equipment.
- Perform equipment start up and shut down procedures.
- Effectively communicate with other team members using departmental systems
- Correct unsafe acts and conditions.

**Additional Information**:

- You will be required to participate in department meetings as needed.
- Available to change shifts and work weekends as required.
- Maintain good housekeeping and contribute towards improvement in the maintenance department.
- Maintain 5S.
- Be motivated to take on new responsibilities.
- Comply with section 28 of the OHSA.
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations outlined in the Rollstamp Employee Handbook.
- Any other reasonable request made by management.
- Must be a “Role Model.”
- Use of training to provide positive feedback.
- Follow and support Rollstamp’s Mission statement and values.
- Support and adhere to Rollstamp’s policies.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Industrial Electrical experience.
- 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics.
- Experience with robotic repair and operation.
- Experience with PLC automation and hardware integration.
- Able to collect, analyze and communicate data in an effective and professional manner.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
