JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Woodworking Installation Specialist Manager(s): Head Installer, Production Manager Managed Employee(s): N/A Duties/Responsibilities:

- Read and comprehend blueprints for issued woodworking projects
- Communicate regularly with the Cabinet Assembler Lead Hand to coordinate production needs and job status
- Utilize a variety of power and hand tools to shape, sand, and cut components to required specifications
- Construct precise assemblies using techniques such as clamping, boring, nailing, screwing, mitering, gluing, and bracing
- Ensure the production of high-quality and dimensionally accurate cabinet assemblies through visual inspection and precise measurements
- Laminate various components with contact cement
- Cross-train and assist team members in machinery operation and woodworking techniques
- Prepare rough lumber to a finished state using tools like jointer, thickness planer, miter saw, table saw, router, and sander
- Report any sharpening requirements or maintenance issues to the Cabinet Assembler Lead Hand
- Assist the dressing department with final quality inspection and dressing duties as needed
- Set up and operate the edgebander to facilitate smooth production flow between departments
- Set up and operate sanding machines for doors and other parts
- Work overtime when necessary to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Cross-train employees in the Cabinet Maker position
- Cross-train in other departments, including the ability to run the edgebander and sanding machines

In addition, for the Installer role:

- Complete the installation process from start to finish
- Uphold the image and brand of Gravelle Woodworking on and off site
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Deliver cabinets to and from sites using the company cube van
- Handle service calls and address customer concerns
- Work within deadlines and maintain a clean, organized site
- Foster positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with other trades to prevent future issues.

**Salary**: $17.74-$30.87 per hour
