- **Professional Experience**:Established track record in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Project Manager.
- **STEM Education**:Degree or training in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, Statistics or related fields.

- **Interpersonal Strength**:Friendly yet firm, capable of handling confrontations confidently and constructively.
- **Communication Skills**: Understand and grasp the art of communication, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and leading team collaborations.

- **Presentation Skills**:Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations, demonstrating excellent verbal communication and engagement techniques.
- **Industry Certifications**:Additional credentials like Agile or PMP.
- **Digital marketing knowledge**:Experience with various digital marketing areas, SEO, SEM, social and content marketing is an asset.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Products/Projects Leadership**:
- Take full ownership of products/projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Make informed strategic decisions that guide the project’s direction and resource allocation.
- **Solution Design and Documentation**:
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to design the solutions, hands-on storyboarding/wireframe, hands-on or lead UX to work with UX and UI team to create the product prototype
- Produce clean, clear, and well-structured documentation for all project aspects.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Control project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Be resourceful in hiring and onboarding necessary team members as the project demands.
- **Client Management and Satisfaction**:
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
- Manage client expectations and communications effectively, fostering strong relationships.
- **Team Management and Development**:
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Manage and resolve team dynamics and challenges, ensuring high performance and project success.
- **Business Development Support**:
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and strategic planning.
- Assist in writing detailed project proposals that clearly outline the scope, timeline, and budget.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Communication**:
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Present project updates and strategic insights to stakeholders clearly and compellingly, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
