**KMC specializes in high-performance alloys and friction materials from raw materials to finished products under one roof in Orillia, Canada. Manufacturing unique heat resistant alloys and high nickel/chrome alloys primarily for the petrochemical industries, Kubota leads the industry in quality and advanced technology. As per customer requirements, Kubota designs and casts centrifugal pipes and static castings of fittings which are then machined, welded (Automatic, Semi-Automatic, Orbital & Manual) GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, followed by in house NDT (RT, PT, VT), in house DT, R&D lab, as well as hydro testing.**

**Summary**:
Responsible for providing the interpretation and guidance of ISO regulations and standards, including training and audit compliance for Kubota Materials Canada Corporation.

**Major Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Assists in the ISO 9001; 14001 and 45001 certification maintenance programs
- Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel)
- Overseeing compliance and standard development of (SOP) and working instruction
- Organize, conduct and evaluate audits and inspections by third-party accredited reviewer
- Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed
- Assist with follow-up audits, as required
- follow up with corrective action implementation and closing NCRs
- May require to develop internal auditing/testing parameters
- Track and ensure products and procedures meet standards and identify problems to resolve
- Track and control all documentation related to production, such as Control Plans, work instructions, operating instructions, training documents, written procedures, and external customer standards.
- Assist with laboratory training programs to ensure that all personnel receive adequate and proper training
- Assists in administrative duties for the laboratory facilities
- Perform non-routine analysis and investigations directed at continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Kubota Materials Canada
- Support Kubota Global Identity, with the Brand and Spirit statements of Kubota Materials Canada Corporation
- Other related duties, as required

**Education, Experience and Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma or relevant training from an accredited college or university
- Lead auditor certification
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment / Internal and external audits
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have an eye for detail and above-average analytical ability
- Ability to communicate well orally with a wide variety of auditees (top management, production workers, sales, customer support, etc.) is crucial
