**Responsibilities**:
- **Review, edit, and proofread technical curriculum materials, including instructional documents, training modules, and educational content.
- Ensure the content's accuracy, clarity, and coherence, making necessary revisions for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall quality.
- Will assist in marketing activities specifically related to writing for outreach activities and following up.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and relevance of the curriculum.
- Assist in developing and refining marketing captions and promotional materials, ensuring they effectively communicate the value proposition and resonate with the target audience.
- Work closely with the content development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall quality of the content.
- Maintain style guides and editorial standards to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free, polished, and engaging content.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role, preferably in a technical or educational setting.
- Exceptional command over the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high editorial standards.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and the ability to comprehend complex concepts and translate them into clear, concise language.
- Proficiency in using editing software, style guides (such as AP or Chicago Manual of Style), and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve content quality and streamline processes.
