**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Credit & Collections Supervisor, the Cash Application is a vital part of the account receivable team. They review remittances from customers and match the payments to the appropriate invoices in our financial system, to reflect payments received.

**Location: Ontario**

**Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours**

**What you will do**
- Coordinate with Collection Specialists and/or Manager for short/overpaid invoices and missing EFT backup

**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years
- College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
- Advanced Excel Skills

**Along with the following Skills & Competencies**:

- Advanced Excel skills mandatory - Vlookup and Pivot Tables
- Experience and ability to work within a high volume environment
- Very good communication skills - verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Strong Team Player
- Professional, positive attitude with a focus on Customer Service
