- Supervise the warehouse’s logistics for inbound/outbound deliveries (including non-POS items), on-site labor management arrangement and ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective manner;
- Monitor the performance of each individual operators in a scientific method
- Prepare warehouse performance report and communicate shipment details with various parties;
- Investigate any shipment issues, liaise with other departments to propose and implement the corrective actions
- Implement Continues Improvement Initiatives
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by the managers.

**Job Requirement**
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in logistics/supply chain, business or related field;
- At least 3 years warehouse experience is preferred (less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor);
- Proficiency with computer software including Google sheet, Microsoft Office and in particular, MS Excel;
- Good data analytical skills and detail oriented;
- Time Management Skills and the ability to excel with the pressure of deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and react to changing conditions;
- Must be able to communicate in English; an additional second language (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a strong advantage;
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Job location: Warehouse at No. 6 Road in Richmond
