About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a Sales Associate, you will be the key point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish store stock, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and ensuring the store is always looking its best.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store team, working collaboratively to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand and values to customers and colleagues alike.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, who is enthusiastic, and has a hands-on attitude. You should have excellent timekeeping, great people skills, and an interest in what we sell and what we do.
