Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Cabinet and Millwork Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our production processes, team performance, and customer delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the cabinet and millwork production, including planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and facilitating professional development.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and through enhancements using lean manufacturing principles.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**: Oversee materials inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
- **Customer Liaison**: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
- **Budget and Cost Control**: Manage the division's budget, monitor operational expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the cabinet making or millwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of cabinet and millwork manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
