With a primary responsibility of supporting the marketing departments’ objectives and goals, you provide copy, data, insights, and support to the entire Justin Havre Real Estate Team as directed to ensure that company media goals and objectives are accomplished, and content operations run efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough research, interviews, and market research analyses
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on digital creative needs in alignment the company’s overall goals and vision through copy that is engaging and focused on conversion
- Build informative, engaging, and persuasive copy for JHRET’s target audiences
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to make collaborative, informative, and data-driven decisions
- Edit, proofread, and source copy content to optimize engagement based on several factors including platform, market trends, industry trends, and relevant news
- Execute all copy plans while adhering to established reach, budgets, goals, and timelines
- Clearly and accurately communicates changes and updates to relevant team members
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications, publications, and content
- Develop and implement copy processes, brand guidelines, and creative projects in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team and to client representatives as needed
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing digital copywriting role
- 1-3 years’ experience of Content Marketing
- Excellent portfolio of work and proof or writing & research skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptionally developed writing skills
- Self-motivated, a desire for challenge and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Solid working knowledge of SEO, website, and marketing analytics tools
- A solid understanding of writing copy for marketing and sales funnels.
- Great computer skills with a very strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other various communication and productivity platforms with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually and strategically
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once with tight deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Well-developed proven research skills such as qualitative, quantitative, trends, etc.
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
