You have strong communication skills and have the ability to multi-task as you provide administrative and clerical support to the Assessment Litigation & Dispute Resolution branch.

**You have**:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education with a focus on Paralegal, Law, Real Property Administration, with a confirmed return to school in September
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction, work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities; and
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of administrative law processes
**What you will do**:
- Support the branch with administration and clerical support services by photocopying, scanning, filing and organizing documentation
- Assist with maintaining WorkSight (work management system) by tracking deadlines, uploading appeals documentation and generating standardized reports
- Assist with monitoring the mailbox and process electronic assessment appeals and distributing related messages and/or requests to the team in an efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
**_Rate: $17.30 per hour (first-time Summer Student) or $18.30 per hour (returning Summer Student)_**
**_Duration of Employment: May through to the end of August_**
