Night Auditor

We are currently recruiting for skilled Night Auditor to join our Team.

**Essential job functions are**:

- Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data.
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer
- Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
- Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for the next day’s operations.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay.
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
- Provide concierge services for guests.
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge/Qualifications**:

- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
- Must be able to communicate well with guests
- Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
- Must have basic mathematical skills and the ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
- Must have the ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
- Must have the ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Two years of night audit experience preferred.
