Job Overview: Assistant Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Board in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with building policies and regulations.
- Support the coordination and execution of ongoing projects, including renovations and facility upgrades (e.g., AC system and parking management).
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor building maintenance schedules and assist in coordinating repairs or improvements as needed.
- Support financial oversight, including tracking budgets and processing tenant payments or fees.
- Maintain organized property records, including leases, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among staff, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising on-site staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Help implement operational strategies that align with Le Château's reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **property management**, **hospitality**, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of operational tasks.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to engage with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
- Experience in supervising staff or managing small teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using **property management software** or related tools is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities (English and French) are essential to communicate effectively with tenants and service providers.
- Knowledge of **building maintenance** processes and compliance standards is an asset.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
