**Responsibilities**:

- Propose, develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to promote our products
- Organize and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze artnership deals to ensure accurate delivery of signed deliverables
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Provide new ideas and insights to improve the overall marketing department
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Notion and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Addicted to Social Media and Internet Culture
