In this role, you’ll work on influencer partnerships, supporting both standalone campaigns and integrated campaigns for our clients. This is your opportunity to work with a talented team to guide innovative and creative content from strategic partnerships with content creators. You will work on both B2B and B2C accounts, leading and supporting content and influencer strategy, and supporting the agency’s thought leadership in this space.

Key responsibilities include supporting influencer partnerships from inception of a campaign through the final execution and reporting phase. You will interface with senior marketing and executive management within the client account to ensure that campaigns are understood and address the client’s requirements. You will work with the team to refine processes and projects under the ever-changing demands of agency life.

**What You’ll Be Doing at DCI**:
**_ Influencer Relations:_**
- Vetting and qualifying relevant influencers based on the campaign requirements and client preferences across tourism/travel, talent attraction, lifestyle and economic development clients. This includes influencer outreach to gauge each influencer’s interest, availability and partnership fees.
- Articulate recommendations into an informative and detailed point of view for clients, with a strategic lens that provides expert counsel and outlines next steps.
- Set up campaigns/partnerships using software (currently Klear) and pull together content and stats for client reports.
- Recommend steps for efficiency throughout the process, content ideas for influencers to consider, and brainstorming larger campaign concepts for clients and prospects.
- You’ll be expected to build relationships with content creators.

**_Client Relations:_**
- Participate in status meetings, client meetings and client calls, and eventually learn to facilitate portions of the meetings.
- Monitor client budgets and work with senior team members to manage travel and partnership budgets.
- As you grow in this role, research and recommend new content creator and digital marketing ideas to expand current clients.

**_Additional Support:_**
- Opportunity to support Public Relations, Events and Digital Marketing teams as need requires and workload permits
- Ability to identify other areas of interest within the agency to learn and support as workload permits

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience including a minimum of 1 year of experience working with influencers/content creators
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong presentation skills - public speaking is required
- Travel/tourism/hospitality industry experience or knowledge a plus
- High attention to detail and a penchant for organization
- Personal and more importantly, professional experience managing influencer campaigns on social media platforms
- Agency experience and/or media relations experience a plus
- Applicants must be U.S. or Canadian citizens or have all necessary approvals to live/work in the U.S. and/or Canada; must also be able to travel outside of national borders (as necessary)
- BA/BS degree
