**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un associé aux ventes motivé et axé sur le client pour rejoindre notre équipe en croissance. L'associé aux ventes jouera un rôle clé en fournissant une excellente expérience de service à la clientèle, en promouvant notre marque et en atteignant les objectifs de vente.

**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les clients et déterminer ce que chaque client veut ou a besoin.
- Maintenir une connaissance des ventes et promotions actuelles, des politiques concernant le paiement et les échanges, et des pratiques de sécurité.
- Recommander, sélectionner et aider à localiser ou obtenir des marchandises en fonction des besoins et désirs des clients.
- Décrire les marchandises et expliquer leur utilisation, leur fonctionnement et leur entretien aux clients.
- Calculer les prix de vente, les achats totaux et traiter le paiement en espèces ou par carte de crédit.
- Maintenir des registres relatifs aux ventes.
- Surveiller et reconnaître les risques de sécurité et les vols, et savoir comment prévenir ou gérer ces situations.
- Aider à l'inventaire, y compris la réception et le stockage des marchandises.
- Améliorer la marque OTW en maintenant une image professionnelle et en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle en tout temps.
- Faire parti des videos pour les reseaux sociaux de la compagnie.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Expérience préalable dans le commerce de détail ou le service à la clientèle préférée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Passion pour les baskets et la culture streetwear.
- Compétences mathématiques de base.
- Apparence et comportement professionnels.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in providing an excellent customer service experience, promoting our brand, and meeting sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process cash or credit payment.
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Enhance the OTW brand by maintaining a professional image and upholding excellent customer service at all times.
- Be a part of promotional videos of the company social media account. (TikTok and Instagram)

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sneakers and streetwear culture.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
