**You have**:

- Enrollment in post-secondary education, with a confirmed return to school in September
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Ability to work on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow proper procedures and demonstrate effective organizational skills

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge and/or demonstrated experience in assessment

**What you will do**:

- Support in the validation of property related data in MPAC databases, ensuring information is up to date including field inspections where necessary
- Assist with inputting data from a variety of source documents into applicable assessment related software as required
- Assist in the assessment process by attending meetings or inspections and document findings, as supported by existing staff
- Conduct research and present findings to the Manager, Centralized Properties, as required

**_Rate: $17.30 per hour (first-time Summer Student) or $18.30 per hour (returning Summer Student)_**

**_Duration of Employment: May through to the end of August_**
