**Executive Assistant**

We are looking for a team player who will be adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of standard correspondence.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls while acting as the point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare reports
- Arrange travel and accommodations for multiple executives
- Manage Expenses
- Implement company policies
- Liaise with internal staff as required
- Set up meeting room/lunch and refreshments for meetings as required.
- Manage personal duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Very strong typing/transcribing skills - ability to type over 60 WPM and type with dictation.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid G license.

*Must be able to work Sundays and overtime as requested*

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
