Peeters Mushrooms Inc. is a family owned operation that has been serving communities with high quality mushroom product for 40 years and we are currently seeking to add a member of our team in the position of Farm Supervisor.

**Tasks**
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Maintain work records and logs
- Positivity in interactions with employees
**Supervision**
- More than 20 people
**Work conditions and physical capabilities**
- Able to lift and carry 10 to 20 lbs
- Computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding
- Attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Overtime required
**Own tools/equipment**
- Steel-toed safety boots
**Personal suitability**
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent written communication
- Organized
- Team player
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
