Taproom Server

The Taproom Server is responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at Four Fathers’ Brewing Co. They will be responsible for consistently delivering “best in class” customer experiences, while engaging and educating the public on the Four Fathers’ brand, products, and upcoming events. The server is primarily focused on guests in the tasting room.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be responsible for opening/closing the Taste Room.
- Educate guests on our beers and brand, while informing them of upcoming beers and events.
- Ensure guests are greeted promptly and acknowledged upon arrival.
- Cash out guests in a prompt and polite manner—provide them with the correct change each time.
- Note all new kegs into the draught log; be able to efficiently and safely change kegs.
- Ensure every draft beer is poured with precision and served in the correct glass.
- serve menu items to guests.
- Bus tables while guests are present; and clear/wipe down after they leave.
- Keep the bar’s cleaning supplies well stocked.
- Clean, dry and store all glassware accordingly.
- Wipe down the bar, tables, and chairs regularly; inform management if any furniture is found to be wobbly or damaged.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be eager to learn, to grow, to be a part of chaos and to create fun.
- Minimum of One (1) years’ progressive experience in the serving/bartending industry (craft beverage industry preferred).
- Smart Serve Certified (required)

The overall 90,000 sq ft facility currently includes a taproom with stage for live music, a 5000 sq ft event space and ample open area to be developed.
